Chrome Plating Projects
Our chrome process is done in three steps: copper, nickle and chrome (with finish times varying based on the work required to complete the job). It is used on all metals for a high-protective finish, ensuring parts underneath motorcycles and automobiles (as well as other items) do not tarnish.
Nickel Plating Services
Using an electro-less plating process, we achieve different finishes, including glossy, satin and antique. Nickle plating is highly requested for most customers who have metal parts.
Copper & Brass Plating
Copper plating is used as a base underneath nickel or chrome. It is also used as a polished or antique finish. Brass plating is utilized as a polished, antique, or satin finish over steel, such as door fixtures and other household hardware when doing a restoration.
Metal Polishing
Metal is prepared for plating by hand-polishing aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and steel for motorcycles and car parts, including white metal die-casts. This process is completed with an industrial high-powered polishing machine. There are several polishing operations used on each piece for optimum results. We also have an in-house specialized polisher who hand-details and polishes everything!
